WYND Apartments operates on the principle of “Managed Co-Ownership.” Under this model, a group of individuals collectively invests in a yacht apartment within our fleet. Each shareholder holds a percentage of ownership, granting them usage rights and benefits according to their stake.

Our professional management team handles all aspects of yacht management – including maintenance, staffing, and itinerary planning. We ensure that every yacht apartment is meticulously maintained and ready for use whenever shareholders require it.

Among others, our shareholders enjoy flexible reservation options, cost sharing benefits, and exclusive perks making luxury yacht ownership not only accessible, but also hassle-free.

    No gold faucets or mini-submarines – just what matters to guests: Spa, rooftop, toys, co-working.

Result: More weeks booked + optimized cost = up to 9% yield possible (from year 2/3).

Delays are realistic – and factored in.
We only start construction once a clear capital threshold is reached.
If the project fails, there’s no repayment guarantee – it’s entrepreneurial risk. However:
